The Growth & Partnerships Lead is responsible for building scalable acquisition channels that drive sustainable revenue growth. Rather than relying on heavy paid advertising, this role focuses on partnerships, structured outbound efforts, and repeatable distribution strategies. You will identify and develop relationships with agencies, installers, accountants, and retail networks that can introduce Klarity to qualified merchants.

This position requires strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution. You will test vertical positioning, refine messaging, experiment with acquisition funnels, and structure partnership agreements that create aligned incentives. The objective is to build durable growth mechanisms that compound over time, ensuring that Klarity’s expansion is driven by trust, referrals, and clear value rather than short-term promotional tactics.
