The Field Sales Lead drives direct retail acquisition through in-person engagement with independent and multi-store operators. Retail is relationship-driven, and many store owners prefer face-to-face interaction before committing to new operational systems. This role focuses on building trust locally, conducting live demonstrations, and converting prospects through clear, practical value delivery.
You will spend significant time in retail environments understanding workflows, identifying pain points, and demonstrating how Klarity improves stock control, reporting accuracy, and operational visibility. Beyond closing deals, this role builds regional momentum through referrals and reputation. Field intelligence gathered from conversations and objections will directly inform product development and positioning, making this role both commercially impactful and strategically valuable.
