The Product & Customer Success Lead ensures Klarity is solving real operational problems for retailers and that customers extract measurable value from the platform. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy and real-world implementation, ensuring that feedback is structured, prioritised, and translated into meaningful improvements. You will work directly with store owners and operators to understand workflows, inefficiencies, and decision-making patterns.
Beyond onboarding and support, this role plays a strategic function in defining Klarity’s Ideal Customer Profile and shaping roadmap decisions based on recurring patterns rather than isolated requests. You will ensure that activation happens quickly, that customers understand the value proposition clearly, and that retention is driven by genuine operational improvements. The objective is to build long-term product-market alignment grounded in real usage data and structured feedback loops.
