UI / UX Lead

Full-time • Cape Town, South Africa • Remote

Klarity is building inventory and POS infrastructure for independent and multi-store retailers. The platform manages complex operational logic including stock movements, offline transactions, multi-device reconciliation, permissions, reporting, and real-time data integrity. While the underlying system is sophisticated, the user experience must feel simple, intuitive, and fast. The UI / UX Lead is responsible for translating operational complexity into clarity, ensuring that busy retail teams can complete critical tasks without friction or confusion.

This role goes beyond aesthetics. It requires deep workflow thinking, systems design, and empathy for real-world retail environments where speed and accuracy matter. You will shape how retailers experience Klarity daily, from high-pressure checkout moments to back-office stock audits. Your work directly impacts adoption, retention, and perceived product quality. The goal is to create a product that feels obvious to use, reduces mistakes, and builds trust through clarity.
